Poling Construction is a General Contractor serving West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. We are based out of the eastern panhandle of West Virginia, in Martinsburg. Poling Construction is family owned and operated by Walter William Poling (father) and Walter Aaron Poling (son). Combined we have over forty five years experience in all phases of residential and commercial construction as well as real estate development. We have worked very hard to build a business that is honest and produces a high quality of work.
